bad expirience with Taxify

I am a customer on Taxify , I am writing this complain because I am really not happy with the service I received on a Saturday on the 23/06/2018 At 00:44 from one of your unprofessional driver his name is SBUSISO QWABE driving a Volkswagen vehicle, and it’s so sad that I almost got shot By the driver point a gun on my forehead stating how dangerous he is which location is he from .

This is how it is started. I’ve requested a ride from south beach going to my place at Cator Manor than that Unprofessional guy came to pick me As he was driving me I started making a conversion just asking if the strike they had its over , he started shouting at me asking how do I know About the strike it has nothing to do with me , I was like I am customer was just asking to find out, after that he started moving at a very low speed He then decided to chase me out of his car at a garage NOT ON MY DESTIANTION . and it’s very late now and its cold worse of all I had no battery on My phone to request another ride I had to stay at garage for like an hour trying to find a charge , luckily some other guy who also a taxify driver came to the garage And he allow me to charge in his car , unfortunate didn’t get his name but his reg number was NM 2005 BIG UP TO THAT GUY.

To my understanding taxify its used by community because we trust that it safe , so to my conclusion it’s no longer safe to use taxify anymore if taxify just Get anyone to drive its client with no intention of getting them home, and I am still going to take this up how can someone just point a gun on client that An attempting ****** , we don’t need drivers like that to drive us sad part I reported this to taxify sending email to them they never respond on my email till now
