Bad experience with Taxify (Bolt)

I actually don't want to give them a star because they are not truthful. I booked a ride with them to Carnaval City on 14.08.2019. Traveled with Dlomo who did not have money to pay the toll gate. I paid it. On arrival I paid him the fare of R331 in cash. Guess what? They deducted R302 from my bank account. I have had emails send to them to advise that the driver was paid cash. I was promised that we would have a conference call with the driver, but I am still waiting. Taxify as a company as well as their drivers are ****s who ***** from people. I would not recommend anyone to use them. I will NEVER use them again. ,
