BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BOLT

Last week Sept 5th I requested bolt and my driver name was Matshinga, I had a promo and was suppose to pay and amount discounted which on my side it showed me the discounted amount and on the drivers side it showed the whole amount of which he had network problems upon my arrival and took him time to see how much I am suppose to pay I then paid the money that the driver requested and laid a complain with Bolt via the app Mathews who was assisting me told me that they noted that the driver had network issues and they will confirm with the driver and get back to me but up until this day I have been leaving in attended text via the app and no one seems to bother on their side
