Bad driver

I knocked off from work one night and had to wait for almost an hour to get a taxi. Apparently the driver whom l can't name bt took screenshorts for my request accepted the trip and never moved l tried calling bt the phone was going straight to voicemail. This made me panic and cos my battery was drained and the complex where l work was closed, l had no one to turn to except for the security guard who helped me wait and made sure l was safe from these taxify predators
