BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TAXIFY AND THEIR DRIVERS

I reported a driver from taxify that i forgot my jean blue jacket and there has not been a response from from for two days now. And he refuses to bring back my jacket, even after I asked him to drop it at their offices so i can pick it up from there. buoth sides I have not heard anything and I'm assuming my jacket is being ****** by their employee and they are not doing anything about it.
