BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I reported on their driver who did not stop the trip after dropping me off. It was on friday 12th March 2021 and I called the driver to stop the trip and asked him if it want be charged n my account and he said that i dont need to worry because it wont be charged on me. Unfortunately for me i was charged extra. I sent an email to Bolt with my complaint. they did not get back to me till today. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
