BAD AND POOR SERVICE

I am honestly fuming and so irritated with the servives of BOLT. The app is also so not user friendly and to be honest a waste of time and patience. i have tried BOLT in the past and the same thing has happened. i tried to connect and book their services and i did it several it SEVERAL TIMES and up untill now i am still awaiting for my ride. Exactly 2 minutes before they`SHOULD` HAVE ARRIVED, THEY SEND a message TO CANCELL..... BANK FEE'S ARE MORE THAN THE ACTUAL RIDE would have costed. The irritation of wasting of my time and my money for a service that is not even reliable and obviously not available is absolutely disguating.
