Awaiting payment for over 2 months for work completed already!!!

I have a few vehicles on the Taxify platform and i have been waiting on Taxify to payout money for the trips we completed on the platform. it took 7 weeks for them to update the banking details and we have no been paid for those 7 weeks. For some reason we have been waiting since November to get payment. i have spoken to countless consultants and no one at the Joburg or Cape Town seems to be able to rectify this issue. They can see that we never got paid for 6 weeks but apparently paying us has been difficult for them. they have been trying to re-issue a payment for weeks now and i don't get what is complicated about that. We need urgent assistance form anyone that can help.
