I am very upset! The first time I used the Bolt app it displayed a specific price. When I reached my destination the price was more than what was charged on the app as they didn't state any additional charges. I used the app again, traveling the same distance and the first time I was charged R327. This time the app displayed a promotion, when we were driving the driver said the promotion is off! That is not how things are supposed to work if the app states that there is a promotion. Now I have been overcharged, for the same distance I now have to pay R500. This is absurd and I am highly disappointed.
