ASSULTED BY A TAXIFY DRIVER!!!

Good day ma'am/sir.

My name is Tidimalo Mnisi. I have a complaint against one of your drivers. I had requested a ride from Westgate mall to Rainbow Villas which the ride was calculated @4min before arrival time. When the driver arrived, I walked up to him and the first thing he did was to shout over the window that he'd been waiting for a while and was about to cancel the trip, the car doors were locked. I had to ask him to please open the door and I got in the front seat. He continued to complain when I showed him I've been looking at my app and it indicated the driver was 1min away and that I saw him pull in the other direction of the garage and it wasn't that long. The driver proceeded to yell at me and eventually told me to cancel the trip and leave his car. I did exactly that, I closed the door unaware that I hit it too hard and that caused the man to further humiliate and shout at me until I told him several times to leave. A man parked where he had stopped asked me to tell him to move so he can drive out. I echoed this 3 times before the drive drove around, still yelling, pulled up and got out of his car. He came at me from behind and started threatening to hit me. I got defensive and told him he wont do anything to me. He then grabbed me by my hair and bag that was on my back till surrounding people approached to stop him. Amongst those people was the gas station manager who watched everything from her office window. I hope this can be sorted out so this man doesn't repeat this to someone else. I'd like to open up a case and need all his details to do so. I hope to get a speady response. It's been 3 days and no one is giving any assistance but requesting I keep sending emails. I'll be posting on every social media platform under all your posts until I get proper assistance. This man cannot be allowed to carry such behavior to anyone! I'd appreciate to get a response. If I could minus stars I definitely would remove all!!! Thank you.
