Assaulted by a driver

I requested a ride from hospital and the driver got there, picked up the wrong passanger, I shouted but he couldn't hear me. Called numerous times but he kept hanging up. I sent him a text and eventually he comes back with the wrong passanger and picks me up. He however ends the trip and I'm now charged. He tells me to get in and that he will subtract the difference. He later asks if I have cash and I said no, he got upset with me but I did react. As he dropped me off he kept rushing me. I asked him not to be patient with me as I just had an operation on both my legs and I'm trying my best. He got more mad with me and threw my crutches on the road and drove off with the door opened.

I don't think this guy should be a driver and had I had the physical and emotional capacity I would be on my way to the police station to lay charges.

This has to be the most traumatic experience of my like.
