Annoyed

I requested taxify for my niece and made a card payment. I got charged R 42 from my account. When the driver got to a destination he demanded a cash payment of R 47.00 from my niece. I need the driver to pay back the R 47. 00 he took from my niece. I tried to call the driver several times but he does not pick up. Please assist this is ****************.
