AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Good Morning I am very unhappy with BOLT VAAL, a few weeks ago I requested a ride and I got a private message saying that I am to add 25% onto my amount ,than a second message came in saying I am to add R200 on top of the amount that was due ,this morning again I requested and I got another message saying I should not forget to tip the driver. I reported this matter to Bolt to no response, can they kindly show us as to where does it say we are forced to pay extra amount on top of the amount put there
