Account locked

I am registered with tafixy but my account has since been locked. I have queried it with the support team last week friday and they responded requesting a selfie of myself holding my ID. I have sent it but the account is still locked. I want to use the service again this afternoon but i cannot find a contact number to speak to someone to find out what the problem is. I wanted to use the service last week friday but could not and to date still the issue is still not sorted. How do i go about resolving this to be able to use this service this afternoon
