Accident with Taxify, Taxify could not care less

Requested Taxify yesterday, the driver was driving extremely erratically, swerved from the left to right lane, overtook cars without indicating , we ended up getting into an accident he drove clear over the pavement. I reported this to Taxify and they have been nothing but rude, refusing to help me, they keep talking about me sending my report of the incident without telling me where to send anything, I eventually sent this through email and Twitter and they still carried on about how they are waiting for my report. The person on Twitter was extremely rude, they have no interest in protecting their customers and taking law breaking drivers off the road, this driver not only endangered my life and that of my daughter he also endangered the lives of other Road users. I am waiting for my money to be refunded for this trip, I refuse to pay for this hell ride
