Accident with Taxify Driver

On the 6th of May 2024, 16:51 in Pretoria I was involved in an accident with one of your driver, car registration number LL 39 FW GP, a white Volkswagen Polo sedan, the driver at the time was Hulani Mukabela, the car owner is his brother Kgongelano Mukabela. He was on a trip at the time where he bumped me from behind while waiting for the traffic light to turn green. He admitted guilt on the spot and agreed to give me his information and promised to fix my car. Him and his brother asked me for 3 quotes from different panelbeaters and till this day they haven't responded to my text nor answer my calls. I would like you to suspend this vehicle until they fix my car. They are a danger to other road users and they tarnish your name as a service provider.
