Absolutely Poor Service from Bolt - Shephard CY111549.

Bolt is an absolute disgrace , I have requested a ride and the drivers just don't pitch up. This specific ride has been hanging for more than 2 hours whereby the driver did not move at all. I am getting alot of rides that's not being actioned which is a total disgrace. This specific driver is Shephard - Volkswagen Tougan - registration CY111549.
