A Taxify/Bolt Driver Named Sandile Maseti stole my phone!

A Taxify/Bolt Driver named Sandile Maseti stole my phone after he dropped me at home on the 24th August 2019 (Which is today, as I am writing this). I had to walk to my house to fetch money, he said he will have to keep my phone to make sure I come back with the money, when I came back, he was gone. I emailed Taxify/Bolt and they then contacted Sandile and he claimed that I payed him an 80rand and he gave my phone back, they also gave me his cellphone number but when I call him, the phone just rings. He has not given my phone back, nor did I give him any money, in fact, the 80rand is still in my pocket.

I'm afraid that if he does not give back my phone I will have to contact the police as well as the newspapers because this is very dishonest of that driver, if he does not return my phone then he is basically a *****. I have faith that Taxify/Bolt will do everything it can to make sure my phone is returned because Taxify/Bolt is an established company, and I expect this to be sorted out to that standard.

This man and possibly many other drivers are giving Bolt/Taxify a bad name.
