A ride I never made it onto!!!

Appalled at the fact that I’m being accused of not paying for a ride I didn’t even make it onto. I requested a ride on the 08/09/2019 and unfortunately did not not make it onto the ride due to my battery dying. Augustine being the driver claims that I made it onto the ride rich I find strange because I always request either to or from my home address. This ride ended at a different location and to my understanding you have to pay once the ride ends. How the driver would’ve let me off without payment for my ride baffles me. I now have a lady by the name of Matshepo sending me countless accusatory emails of a payment to a ride I never made it onto. I’m a regular taxify customer and will be closing my profile from here on.
