2 debits on 1 bank account

Taxify took money from my bank account 2 times, thats R200 and I still had to pay for my trips. I don't understand what kind of a service they are running. Why debit from my bank 2 times? I need my money back and after that I will not be using their service again. This is *******. Taxify please stop this ******** business of yours and reverse my money it's MY MONEY!!
