*** brings shame to Taxify

The taxify driver number is ********** 371 - He was right at the bottom of my road when I requested the ride. All of a sudden he drove in the complete opposite direction and stopped somewhere about 3 minutes away (He was literally less than a minute down the road when he accepted my ride). I eventually got my boyfriend to call and find out if he was completing another ride and the idiot said No, the street is too dark for him to drive up. He didn't bother to call and ask if I can walk down or he didn't even cancel the ride. He just wasted my Time and brought Taxify to shame. I hope this gets to their directors and they look up this number and find the guy it belongs to and fire him. He does not deserve a job anywhere with that attitude and lack of interest. PATHETIC.
