I made a booking with taxi2airport to travel from O R Thambo to Nigel after my flight from Upington. The day before the flight at 17:00 I had to cancel my flight and my ride. The staff from taxi2airport, especially Jessica Gajadien, was very helpful and helped me to cancel it and paid me refund back immediately without extra costs or hassles.
