Rude taxi drivers

I have never experienced rude taxi drivers like on from orange farm special at Drieziek they dont want to count money from their passengers and a front sit passenger counts the money for them if that money isnt enough for whatever reason the passenger have to pay that money .which is wrong go to the store the cachier dont ask a customer to count the money .those drivers whag they know is how much is a load .and with R2 short they park the taxi until somebody pays and those people are going to work now they are being delayed by R2
