RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY PTA
Phoenix Taxi Association (PTA) This 1 star rating is just so I could get my dissatisfaction in. The rating is not deserved by even one of these drivers. The owners behind these drivers, and his people standing & guarding us civilians like hawks, whilst we are just peacefully doing our shopping & booking a safe mode of transport are totally against us. YOUR DRIVERS are wreckless, they RACE, NOT BOTHERING TO STOP at stop streets. The conditions of these cars are shabby & sorry but it DOES NOT PROMISE ANY SAFETY. We like harmless sheep have to sit there grabbing on to the drivers head rest for balance. They are greedy, they are bossy & absolutely rude and they don't care for OUR safety. All they care about is that R40-R50. They even book the next passenger before leaving the rank before they finish the current ride. So by racing on the roads with wreckless driving & having ZERO care & just dieing for the money is how PHOENIX TAXI ASSOCATION OPERATES AND IT IS FOR THIS REASON THAT I DONOT WISH TO TRAVEL WITH THEM. EVEN IF IT MEANS ME PAYING R50 TO A NORMAL UBER WHICH IS BOLT OR IN-DRIVER. I AS A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO USE MY MONEY WHERE I SEE IT SUITING TO MY NEEDS AND MY SAFETY AND OF COURSE WHERE MANNERISMS ARE IN PLACE IN A NEAT CAR NOT STINKING OF CANNABIS. WE ARE NOT A BUNCH OF HELPLESS ANIMALS TO JUST GET BOSSED AND MANUVERED AROUND ACCORDING TO OTHERS SELFISH GAINS. I DONOT APPRECIATE THE TAXI ASSOCIATION GUYS INTERFERING IN MY AFFAIRS OF BOOKING MY OWN MODE OF TRANSPORT AND HALTING MY RIDE AND ASKING ME TO GET OFF THE RIDE WITH MY PACKETS. I REPEAT I HAVE A RIGHT TO CHOOSE FOR ME. IT IS MY RIGHT. ANOTHER HUMAN CANNOT FORCE MY FREE WILL. WHEN I PAY MY R30..I AM PAYING FOR A SAFE RIDE WITH A POLITE CAUTIOUS DRIVER IN A NEAT GOOD RELIABLE CAR, WHICH I KNOW I WILL GET HOME SAFELY!!! PLEASE REFRAIN FROM THIS KIND OF ******* BEHAVIOUR OF FORCING PEOPLE AND LET US GET ABOUT OUR BUSINESS PEACEFULLY WITH OUR OWN MODES OF TRANSPORT & SAFETY. TODAY I HAD FINISHED OF AT THE DOC AND BOUGHT A FEW THINGS AND BOOKED MY RIDE. A FEW RUDE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THIS PHOENIX TAXI ASSOCIATION ASKED MY RIDE TO STOP AND FOR ME TO GET OFF THE CAR & THEN TOLD THE DRIVER IN THEIR OWN ZULU LANGUAGE THAT THERE IS TRANSPORT ON THE OTHER SIDE POINTING TO THE TAXI ASSOCIATION SIDE. I AM NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL TAKING THAT KIND OF TRANSORT. SO WHY AM I BEING FORCED TO DO WHAT I DONOT WANT TO DO??? IT IS ******* TO FORCE PEOPLE AND TAKE AWAY THEIR RIGHT. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT DOING THIS KIND OF RUDE BEHAVIOUR. CANCELL IT BECAUSE GREED EXIST NOT PEACE OF MIND!!

Harassment/Kidnapping
On Saturday evening one taxi driver with this number plate CV51KV wanted to take advantage of me, when he was doing delivery I gave him directions to my place and he decided to carry his stubborn head and drop off everyone before me the last person he dropped off was in Carlton center then I was the only one left he asked me if I knew the directions to my place I told him I wasn't fami**** with the area he was in he has to drive back to Bree and Polly because I stay that side As he was approaching my place and I told him where I wanted to get off he starting speeding and passed with me at my place taking me yo God knows where I ended up opening the door and got off a speeding taxi which up until this day I am still recovering from it's injuries ..the taxi is the ones picks people up late at night from Sandton to Joburg, the one that delivers door to door Please ladies be careful of the guy who drives the taxi with that number plate (CV51KV) He was even drunk #Sandton-Joburg taxis #Joburg-Sandton Taxis
