Poor Service
I was searching around for a good tax consultant to assist me in my tax query. While searching Tax Assist came to my attention. With the 4 star rating, I decided to reach out to them. From beginning of January till now they have not provided any positive feedback. They took over my efiling profile and from middle of Jan till now they have not assisted me at all, despite leaving messages on email and calling them. They promise to get the consultant to call me back and nothing happens. Such unprofessional service!!!!!

Thank you so much for the messaged. As mentioned on our portal that due to you having 2 tax numbers the SARS system does not allow us any access to your profile.
Sorry we could not assist you as we have no control over SARS eFiling system.
