Appauling accountant

The worst experience Ive ever encountered with a so called "professional"company. This women is an accountant handling some big accounts. After almost year of battling with her appalling company I receive one sheet that was supposedly meant to be my accounts for the previous year, which were completely inaccurate, despite her being provided with all the accounting information she needed to create the management accounts. Afters months of emailing and speaking with her VA about this, still no corrections have been done to my accounts, she never returned my emails (some 10 or so emails) and has the audacity to say that the work has been done and that i should now pay her. I stopped paying her some months ago as after paying her monthly and receiving nothing from her (as she promised) i stopped paying. Disgusting really that an accounting firm should be able to get away with something like this. I will have to now to go to small claims court.
