THEY JUST DO NOT STOP DEDUCTING THE MONEY EVERY

I have cancelled my agreement with tax relax first time a year ago, then again 6 months ago and today trying to phone and speak to someone but all they allow you to do is send an email but they do not reply.<br> <br> They keep on deducting and not stopping, how can I cancel the contract!!!!!
