Tax Stress not relax

I have been a tax relax client for 7 years. My tax return was in on time. For the 2014 year SARS rejected my medical claim even though all documents and receipt were submitted wit the original submission. A an objection was filed and SARS only paid a small amount of what was still due to me after waiting 90 working days. Again an objection was filed and again SARS only paid a small amount back to me after another 90 working days. Again an objection was done and now no communication. You can't call Tax Relax to speak to a person and they don't respond on email even after sending an email to their customer complaints email. Their service is bad and they have no influence with SARS, can't appeal to an objection which wasn't handled correctly and don't follow up.
