Tax Relax isn't so relaxing

On behalf of my father. I started paying tax relax over 3 years ago, to sort handle all my tax affairs in South Africa as I have been working out of the country for more than 6 years. The lady at the tax relax office on Jan smuts avenue in Johannesburg was called Tracey Fourie and she was responsible for my file. On returning to South African in November I needed to get a tax clearance certification and subsequent found out that there are numerous disputes and queries on my tax number. I have contacted her at least five times a day since then requesting copies of my files since I had to resort to legal advice in order to claim my refunds due to me and clear the disputes against me as I URGENTLY need a tax clearance because Of business commitments in the UK. On a daily bases I can only get in touch with the receptionist and she sends refuses to tell me where they have moved offices too. I was then told that they have no communication at their new offices and that they would deliver the copy of my file to my residence on Tuesday the 28 January 2015 ,then again today I was informed that the driver was on his way but yet he didn't pitch. l am at my wits end ! Please advise
