Tax Relax causing me to do anything but relax

To be fair, they were fine until 2016. But this tax season has been the most frustrated I've been in years as they do not reply to my countless emails nor phone messages left at their ****arney offices (the ladies there say they get call after call after call from harrassed, stressed clients who never have their messages answered either). I got hold of Jenny Lee's cell number on HelloPeter ( ********** 376), and asked her why my emails are never rep**** to. She could not give me a reason and was quite shocked when I told her there are countless reviews about their shocking service all over the internet. Their SAIT practitioner is Tracey Fourie and "MD" is Raymond ********** Can we report them to SARS since they call themselves "registered tax practitioners"?
