Still waiting for response 5 months later

Complained on 6 Nov 2014 on Hellopeter about Tax Relax. Still no response from them and I have been fighting since October 2014 for the return of 3 months debt orders that we not suppose to go off?I have been sending so many mails and not response. You cannot phone them because the voice mail for every single option that you can choose refers you to a mail address - THAT NOBODY answers.<br> <br> Off to the Office of the Ombud then it is. Luckily I don't have to pay them if they take on my case.
