Stay away from Taxrelax

I have been trying to cancel my contract for over 18 months, I have been made promised in writing by General Managers to keep my as a client, I foolishly accepted these and stayed on. I have an email from the General Manager saying I can cancel with 21 days notice, I have another email from Credit controller saying same thing. After submitting my cancellation I was told I have a 24 month penalty and have to pay them around R8k?<br> You cant call them, the recording gives you an email address no matter which option you select, they never return or respond to emails or requests for meetings to resolve the issue. People should stay away from them, you are crazy if you decide to sign up after reading the many... many complaints on here... I wish I had.
