Shocking Service

<p>We have been trying for over a year to terminate our business relationship with Tax Relax. They never respond to your emails, your cannot get hold of them and when you have a query from SARS they are unable and unwilling to assist.</p> <p>They lock you into a 2 year contract and then threaten to take you to court when you try and end the contract after the 2 year lock in period.</p> <p>They refuse to return your documents and it now appears that you may have to issue summons for you old tax documents. SARS are unable to assist so basically you are on your own and at their mercy. </p> <p>It would appear that the company is no longer in existence yet the debit order keeps on coming off your account.</p> <p>We are now going to try and reverse the debit order and then lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints body and suggest everyone else does the same.
