Poor Service

Contract with Tax relax seems to be a one way contract. Continuous poor service seems to be only service and yet I need to pay on time and beg for feedback from any manager at Tax relax.<br> Previously wanted to cancel my contract I was told that despite being outside of contract Tax relax made error to not adjust contract as salary got adjusted. I was all the years in a wrong tax calculation bracket despite them being the contract holders and truthfully on a yearly basis submitting tax returns incl proof of income When disputing they put their attorney Mr Roy Bregman onto me. When explaining my situation he agreed to try smooth the relationship and the outstanding cost will get written off if entered into new contract. I made it clear at that point that a contract has two parties and a set of rules both need to comply to. During the 2015 tax season it was impossible to get hold of them to try submit my return and despite having telephone line issues never informed their customers of issues. Needless to say this was a struggle and until today not even an apology letter was sent to me for inconvenience despite paying them 100%YTD for services. no management present at TAX RELAX!!!!
