No Service at all!

I have been with Tax Relax since 2009 with no issues. This year the opposite. I paid for a service and got nothing in return. I find out they absconded their offices and operate from a garage! No one bothers to answers emails, phone calls and text messages repeatedly sent! Handed over to SARS & the Tax Ombudsman!
