No Feedback, *****ing our money

I have been able to get hold of a Jenny that was apparently their compliance officer. Gave her a piece of my mind since I have nor received feedback regarding my tax documents that was sent to them.

No reply once again and then there was a Roxanne Davis that assisted with the tax. Needless to say the mails where unanswered and or just plainly ignored. Every time I asked to speak to the senior management of the company, there was an excuse.

We pay them for a service delivery of almost R500 per month each month. This is blatant *****. We lose money every month. Spoke to the receptionist from the. Uilding they where in, stated that nobody of tax relax has been in for the past week and a half. Furthermore I was informed only one lady did the tax aspect and that she was in hospital and did not return to work.

Seems this company is now closed. Is there anybody that has some advise on how we can get our money back for the past year? Is there a lawyer that someone can speak to that we can make a case against them and the company? Any suggestions? Willing to give that R6k lost towards the lawyer.
