******* Practices - Account held hostage

They issued a R29, 000 for outstanding debit order not paid and refuse to reconcile the account. I have provided them with their management accounts for my company, to show that they are capturing the payments made on a monthly basis. Tax Relax has failed to engage me on a face-to-face basis. There switchboard is automated and cuts calls off, so you cannot deal with anyone at the company.<br> <br> They have directed me to their legal counsel Graeme [Email Removed] whom is unaware of the issue or details of my case. The company is refusing to hand over my evidence and financial information to a new financial service provider, so my AFS and tax submissions can be concluded.<br> <br> This company is acting *******ly and holding my financial details to hostage. Can anybody assist me with reporting them to a regulator or someone that can assist me in obtaining my financial records.<br>
