Help me report them to SARS

LIke many of you, I continue to be harassed and ******ed for money by this company which I concluded my contract with 1 year ago. They continue to send me letters of demand for outstanding fees and penalties for cancellation totalling more than R3500, ignoring my written cancellation notice.<br> <br> Beware! They have a clause in very small print on your tax return calculation that says if you sign and accept this you undertake to renew for a further twelve months - I specifically told them I would not agree to this clause and crossed it out so I know I am on sure legal footing.<br> <br> R460 per month is ******* for calculating my personal tax return is *******.<br> <br> They refuse to release my SARs Efiling profile and have been tracking my account in order to continue debiting me. I am now addressing the matter to SARS so that they lose their Practitioner Licence.<br> <br> My bank will continue to return their ******* debits unpaid and they will not bully me into remaining their client.
