********** WITHDRAWEL FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT

<p>I cancelled my contract with TAX RELAX - received written confirmation of such and I also informed TAX RELAX to esnure the debit order is cancelled but this was not done!</p> <p> </p> <p>For two months after the cancellation TAX RELAX is still debiting my account - I sent several emails insisting</p> <p>they refund me the money taken from my account which was not authorized by me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last responce I received was from Lynette Haylock who is apparently the branch manager/director was on the 18th of October confirming she will make sure the matter will be sorted out - to date no responce and no refund!</p> <p> </p> <p>I informed Lynette Haylock that this was a ********** transaction and I'm considering reporting a case to the SAPS and opening a case of ***** against TAX RELAX....NO RESPONCE FROM LYNETTE AND NOT TAKING MY CALLS OR RETURNING MY CALLS. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>G Koster</p> <p> ********** 350</p> <p> </p>
