I have been waiting three weeks to hear whether or not my account has been cancelled. I was informed that my contract would be checked and I'd be advised. And yet, trying to elicit any feedback is close to impossible.<br> <br> Since I've been happily paying almost R600 a month for a once yearly tax preparation, my cancellation should come as no surprise. So why won't anyone just cancel?<br> <br> Perhaps I should just put a stop on my debit order. I feel you might respond much faster if you're no longer receiving my money, right?<br> <br> I look forward to your feedback. Any feedback. Please?
