Failure to repay unauthorised deductions

<p>For a few years I have used the services of Tax Relax aka Intelento Trade 70 cc. </p> <p>In December I notified them I was terminating the contract, as per the rules, effective end of January 2017. </p> <p>I received written confirmation acknowledging my cancellation and assuring me there would be no further debits from my account. </p> <p>Yet in February and March Tax Relax continued to debit my account **********ly.</p> <p>I wrote to them asking for a refund and they promised to make payment by end of April.</p> <p>No payment was made, they continue to make promises to pay, but I am still waiting.</p>
