Disgusting Behaviour by Tax Relax

Due to lack of service by Tracy working at Tax Relax, the Operations Manager Vanessa Black-Gruskin let me cancel any further dealings with them and move my business, which is exactly what I did. Since then I keep receiving letters saying that I still have a contract until 2016. The letter they make you sign is anyway unconstitutional as it is the only way you are able to have your current year's taxes sorted (a year already paid for). I sent numerous emails, but without response. I drove to their offices to find that they were closed and when I Goggled their info I saw that there was a case of '*****' listed. I then sent an email stating that I would go to Carte Blanche, SARS, the Consumer Protection Act, and only now do I receive an email saying that they will 'investigate'.
