Consultants?? More like Money Grabbers!

<p>As “tax consultants” I expected a consulting service. Tax Relax simply receive information from “clients” and punch it into the system regardless of whether or not the information is correct or not unknown to thier client. As “experts” in thier field, I would have at least expected a hint of consultancy, going on at some point from them. This relationship has been nothing but a headache for me. Not once have I receive a phone call from them…..EVER.</p> <p>Final Tax submission ended up with me, the client actually clarifying with SARS directly what was required, since TAX RELAX failed to send documents in a correct format.</p> <p>Disgusting company and I will make it a goal to tell every person I know not to utilise this company.</p> <p>Hopeful putting this story here, since they don't even bother responding to anyone who has taken the time to give feedback on social media</p>
