AVOID THIS COMPANY

Horrible experience with this company. They kept our books after having confirmed that they would deliver them to us after we ended our contract with them due to the shocking service we had received. We were their clients for many years and the company just got more irresponsible and inefficient day by day, to the point where they even moved premises and stopped taking calls. They made several mistakes with our books that cost us a lot of money. No emails or phone calls were answered - The staff members kept on blaming each other for mistakes made. We had to go to the bank to put a stop debit in the debit orders from Tax Relax even though our contract had finalised... and even then, they kept on trying to charge us. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE experience. You will end up paying a different company to re-do your books.
