No trust in "Tax Debt Relief"

I contacted Jennifer at Tax Debt Relief in July 2018 to assist me to sort out my 2017 tax and ensure I claim what I'm entitled to. I made the R2000.00 advance payment to get them started on the work and to this date, I have had to deal with three different consultants (they seem to get less capable with every change) and the only communication I have had from SARS as a result of their "consulting", were two letters rejecting the claims, either because they claimed for things they shouldn't have, or they claimed on the incorrect code. It is now almost 6 months later and STILL my tax is not sorted out. I have now requested for a refund of the money they were paid or an instant correction of what they messed up... awaiting the outcome.
