Bad treatment from the Doctor and his assistant.

On the 23rd of January I was called by the lady by the name of Mandisa who works on Dr Brian Tawana's rooms at Ixopo to tell me that my mothers teeth she had fitted two weeks back have arrived and we need to come to the doctors rooms,she asked when are we coming,I told the lady I will come between the very same day or the next day,when we got there on the day we were told the doctor called to say he is not coming after having drove for about 120 kilometres,but we were not called to be informed he is not coming. We went back there the following day,raised our concern with Dr. Brian,practice no: ********** he said he will have the meeting with the lady so they pay me for petrol costs as he was seeing the lady made the mistake. When I got home I received the call from this lady Mandisa who was very rude to me and told me they agreed with the doctor they won't pay me for the first trip when I tried to reason with her but she dropped the phone on my ear. I feel violated and disrespected by both the doctor and his assistant.
