VW william moffet stay away

Its 3 weeks im without a vehicle, called after 5pm from them to tell me that the problem i had is sorted but now the gearshift is broken and it R6K+ to replace 'when am i collecting the vehicle' iv been **** to on record on numerous occasions have a 3 year long list of bad service with william moffet never able to speak to the persons responsible or thats worked on the vehicle 3weeks later because im told the vehicle was received with a broken gearshift ... please help if anyone can push me in a direction where someone can help me as this is not a once off issue but years now ...ill appreciate it Spoke to branch got nowhere Spoke to VW CIC got nowhere Spoke to CEO garrick a week later and nowhere
