VW Tavcor Poorest Service Ever

On Friday 20th I spoke to Yolande of which we discussed the instructions coming from customer care. On the 24th 14H29 I have spoke to Yolandi confirming booking for the 25th. So please, if your employees are giving you wrong information, do not focus on the customer. I will attach discussion between Justin and myself, nowhere do I have discussion or getting the feeling that your service manager was interested in my concern. Nowhere is he confirming that the part did arrived, I was not contacted once when will part be at Tavcor, read in attachments.

My opinion regarding this … yes discuss the assessment with your technician on Monday that inspected the rim and send him on training on how inspection should occur as he couldn’t do that. I had to explain the process to him. According to your technician there was no crack… , According to Justin, your advisor and Technician there was no crack

The context of what Justin said he sent to me was not so – as I read out to you yesterday. Quite frustrating having to repeat our concerns every time. Even yesterday face to face – you could just not grasp the frustration we had.

This is going nowhere – you support your team no matter how inadequate they are of doing their job. NOT once – was there any apology for scratching our car – after Justin said he’ll view the footage and replace the strip if it was his guys – only after I made further contact with him did he just say they’ll replace it. In front of you he is saying that he explain to me that he will replace the strip as good gesture, this was not evident in hour chats. So I am still judging your integrity.

Again – no accountability. I think the annoyance my side is Justin’s attitude and lack of personal s****s. And taking ownership on where you went wrong.
