Very poor service from Tavcor Road side assistance

Last week Friday, I had an incident where my driver in East London needed assistance on having his wheel changed due to the fact that he did not have the wheel spanner in the vehicle. I then contacted Tavcor road side assistance as we always tend to get brilliant service with them also all our company vehicles are bought at Tavcor William Moffett in PE. I spoke to the consultant and explained to her my situation and she will be sending a technician to assist. My driver then contacted me and told me that Tavcor is unable to assist as they require R850 cash on hand for Tavcor to assist. I then explained to the technician that I cannot give you cash as I am in PE and also my driver does not have that kind of cash on him. I offered to do an EFT and they refused it and will not assist me at all unless I give them the cash on hand. The consultant then suggested to me to contact our insurance and have a Tow truck sent to the vehicle and have the vehicle taken to the nearest dealership. I found this whole process very disappointing and frustrating as I had a crises on hand and Tavcor just ended up refusing to assist me. This has now affected our business relationship with Tavcor as I am not used to this and cannot see why they refused to assist me.
