Very bad service from Tavcor VW Port Elizabeth

Car was serviced at Tavcor Port Elizabeth on 27/11/2018. Drove car home and parked it in the garage. Tried to start the car on Monday 3/12/2018, but the wheels have seized up and the car will not move backwards or forwards. I believe this was caused by something done at the service. Daniel, mechanic at Tavcor, suggested telephonically that we hit the metal disc behind the tyres with a hammer - not great advice. He then said he would have to come out and fix it, but it would cost R2000.00 - when asked why so expensive he said it was for travelling costs. I have driven to Port Elizabeth from Boknesstrand where I live, and then driven back again from Port Elizabeth to Boknesstrand on less than a tank of petrol - cost would be approximately R400-00 for petrol. Customer Service at Head Office have proved to be unreliable - lady I spoke to promised to escalate the problem and get it resolved and would sms me her contact details. I am still waiting for her sms. I feel that I have been treated very badly and that Tavcor are not accepting responsibility for this problem. I feel I should not have to pay R2000-00 for travelling costs from Port Elizabeth to Boknesstrand - a distance of approximately 120 kilometres.
